About Us

The idea of me starting a clothing brand is one that originated around 2012. I had done some custom shirts and hats here and there for myself and friends. But never took it seriously until 2020. During the pandemic, I figured - why not? I started with fifty hats that had a lingcod fish on them and it was called the Fish-N-Chips hat. I sold all fifty fairly quickly. Since then, I've done a number different projects, many of which embodied graphics of local landmarks and outdoors.

I was born and raised in Salinas, California. If you aren't familiar with the area - it's located just 20 minutes from Monterey. As a kid - when my friends, brother, and I weren't creating mischief we would explore around the Salinas Valley and Monterey Bay. On the weekends my dad would take us fishing out of Moss Landing. And we would go exploring and camping around Big Sur and the Santa Cruz mountains. Most of my designs are inspired by these memories.

I am a one-man small business at the moment. I take pride in that. I aim to only deliver high-caliber coastal goods. Thanks for your support!
